From Classroom to Cafeteria: Nutrition in Schools

Kids may be going crazy over End of School parties, but for teachers, administrators, and other school leaders, Back to School is basically here. To accomplish this goal, administrators must consider the ease of preparation; cost of cooking food; taste, texture, and flavor; and, of course, overall nutrition of school lunches.
