We purchased the GF5 model prior to the start of our 2008 baseball season. We couldn't be any happier with the results. The Quik n' Crispy is extremely versatile and allowed us to expand our menu and be more creative. One can cook almost anything in it and the finished product quality is second to none. Not to mention healthier too! Additionally, it requires very little space, when compared to a standard fryer, and it's very easy to clean and maintain. I would recommend the GF5 without hesitation.

Dear Paul,

I wanted to update you on how your GF5 has performed for us here at the Creation Museum.   Meeting you at IAAPA 2006 and seeing the GF5 in operation gave us the answer to a foodservice need we were struggling with here, how to serve hot food items where an exhaust hood couldn't be installed and a venue with multiple food items with big volume.  

Now we had to rotate items but with the ease of pre programming the GF5 keyboard we were set for serving our guests, running our menu, and keeping up with volume in all we averaged more than $2,000 a day in sales serving 7 days a week for the first 4 months. Along with our other food venue we saw more than 125,000 guests during that time and twice that many guests during the first year of operations 2007/2008. We simply couldn't have done it without the Quick n Crispy.   This part of our total Foodservice operation accounted for just over 30% of our total sales of $1.3 million. WE were sold!

So last year we ordered 2 more GF5 for our new Lake Side Grille, new at this venue we added 8 Versions Sirloin Burgers, along with our Beef Franks, Brats, Italian Sausage, Foot longs and added French fries.   

Our Original venue menu was converted to serve our own style "Originals Pizza" and along with the pizza stix and pretzels. To be able to cook off 5, 7-inch pizzas in 2 minutes meant we could turn out pizzas at a rate of 100 per hour even while cooking the additional items at this venue. We averaged just over 1400 pizzas per week during the first six months of operation at this new venue. During our peak season in one day we served 842 pizzas!  

Combined, our Lakeside Grille operates only 110 days during our peak season and our Originals venue serves year round, together these venues will total nearly 50% of all food sales. This has been a great partnership for us at the Creation Museum. The GF5 is a reliable piece of equipment, user friendly, simple to use and the breakdown cleanup is quick, plus it is so versatile.   I never would have thought I would find one piece of equipment that would cook burgers and dogs, French fries, pretzels and pizza stix, our own Originals Pizza daily and support our catering needs cooking fried chicken, or baking biscuits.

In addition, using your equipment has kept our insurance and safety ratings low and kept our construction costs in budget. The nicest surprise came when our ROI was met within 120 days of purchase adding to the equation that your support has been prompt and efficient when needed.

Your GF5 has made a positive impact for our success and we are now in the planning stages for future food operations and I see more Quick n Crispy units coming online. Paul thank you again for all your help and support with our investment in the GF5 units and the personal interest you have shown. I look forward to a long relationship with you and Quick n Crispy.

Paul, all is going well, all machines operating perfectly, I am experimenting with other foods in the ovens with an eye to next year to add additional items to the menus. The ease of operation and adaptability makes it easy to look at alternative menu items. I compliment Quik N' Cripsy in their well thought out design of the machine for ease of operation, disassembly and cleanability.

Concerning the Quik n' Crispy greaseless fryer. We cannot say enough good things about this addition to our snack shop. It has allowed us to provide a quality food product to our customers without all of the expense and aggravation of a traditional frying system. The ease of operation makes training new staff incredibly simple. We would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, affordable alternative to the traditional preparation system.

Interskate first bought a Quik n' Crispy in 1998. We upgraded to a New Digital one in 2003 and then bought 2 more in 2006. We use all 3 units instead of ovens.

The Quik n' Crispy is really an unusual & very versatile piece of equipment.

It cooks, frys (greasless) and reheats foods without a vent hood.

It is a must for every roller skating rink--I cannot see how Interskate could operate the snack bar without a Quik n' Crispy.
