Paul Artt, President & Founder
Mr. Artt is the founder of QNC, Inc. and has been the President
and Secretary of QNC since its inception in May, 1990. Mr. Artt is a full
time employee of QNC and is responsible for the day to day operation of the
business. Mr. Artt received his undergraduate degree in Business
Administration in 1977 from State University of New York at Albany and his
Masters in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from
Arizona State University in 1978.
Prior to starting QNC, Mr. Artt was the Vice President of Food Equipment at
Tidel Systems, a former division of Southland Corporation. Mr. Artt oversaw
the design, sales and marketing of the Quik n' Crispy from 1987 to 1989.
Prior to joining Tidel, Mr. Artt was employed by Avery International. His
responsibilities included Marketing Director for the Graphics and Decor
Group, Southern Regional Sales Manager and then to Product Manager of the
Decor Plant in Grand Prairie, TX. He had complete financial and operational
responsibility for a $2 million plant operation and 43 employees. His
efforts led to a 19% increase in sales and a 39% improvement in division
profits.
Immediately following college graduation, Mr. Artt was employed for 5 1/2
years with the Ford Motor Company. His last position with Ford was
Merchandising Manager for the Dallas District Sales Office.
QNC, Inc. ("QNC") is the manufacturer and marketer of the Quik n' CrispyR
greaseless fryer. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The
business has five employees and leases 4,000 square feet of space, which
houses all assembly, distribution and sales and marketing activities.  |
