This Saturday is National Bacon Day, while September 5th is National Cheese Pizza Day. But the most important thing about September is that it’s National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month

One of every three kids in America is obese or overweight. This puts them at risk for adult health problems like high blood pressure, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes.
